Strawberry non-dairy shake

Here is a very simple non-dairy strawberry shake:

 

1/3 cup of cashew nuts

3 cups of water

2 cups of strawberries

4 medjool dates

 

Blend everything in a blender. I love Vitamix. If you don’t have it you might want to consider investing in one. It is the best blender in the world.

The more cashew nuts you add in, the heavier it gets. I have tried 1/2 cups of cashew nuts but it was still too heavy for me.
